Brand refresh and marketing material for the future of flexible healthcare

Overview

Induction Healthcare transforms patient and provider communication by fully integrating with NHS services and private practice. Their SaaS suite empowers patients to manage medical records, attend virtual appointments, and take control of healthcare, reducing wait times and NHS pressures.

The Induction Healthcare team came to us with an existing core brand - their logo, font and core colours had to remain the same. We enhanced their brand and social media engagement by refining their identity to stand out amongst their healthcare competitors.

Our design thinking

Since the core brand elements needed to stay the same, we started with an audit of their marketing collateral and the inconsistencies in brand application across their platforms. We elevated their look with a graphic approach, using the shape of the pill from their existing logo as the graphic motif - symbolic of how people come together to provide great healthcare.

We also provided a brand strategy research and implementation plan, analysing the copy and content of direct competitors against their own and coming up with critical points for their team to discuss and use moving forward.

Our next step was rolling out the new visual identity throughout their internal and external material. We did everything from LinkedIn banners and posts, PPT and Word templates, informational print documents, and event stands!

Finished product

The Induction Team is thrilled with their new visual identity and happy with their impressions at conferences and events. Their post engagement has increased by ___ % on Linked In, and the stands have made a solid impression at the event. We've continued our partnership to roll out a new website; keep an eye out for the website case study, which will drop soon.
