We started with the logo in a rapid-fire sketch session; the entire Shoreditch Design team brainstormed and indulged in vast experimentation with an identifying type mark. We sought to find a balance between luxurious, classic and clean; the result attains this with a delicate serifed font and a small four-point star hovering just over the "r". Next, we set out to design their brand guidelines and website. The team started with in-depth research on successful jewellery websites and then undertook another sketch session. After a few rounds with the client, we reached an identifying colour of saturated teal and dramatic imagery for the homepage. The team kept eCommerce pages clean and minimal to remain user-friendly, while the jewellery will remain the focal point while navigating the site.
