Overview
Fractal is the operating system and governance layer for human-machine organisations through solving an array of problems at the human-machine interface - from task and team orchestration, to audits and oracalised control of agents. In the case of Fractal we kicked off with a brand workshop to make sure all stakeholders were in the same page in terms of how they envisioned the brand, in this case, sharp and precise.
Our design thinking
For Fractal’s brand we wanted to create visual identity that was both, full precision and direction while retaining softness and playfulness. We envisioned a simple palette with a clean and contemporary aesthetic, primarily using white and black as the foundation, complemented by a vibrant array of colourful gradients used for the node design. We wanted to focus all the attention to the nodes, and it’s changing states. For the typeface, Suisse was suitable to again give this crisp and modern appearance that complements perfectly the use of colours all around the product
Finished product
We accelerated this early stage in a few short weeks, providing them with brand guidelines and a design system with all components necessary to roll out to the rest of the product. Overall, Fractal were quite happy with the outcome.
