A new dashboard and simplified UI for diagnostics platform, Tuli
Tuli provides a platform for pharmacies to manage their tests and customers/patients. They also offer diagnostic tests for various conditions, including COVID-19, food allergies and fertility- all delivered through your local pharmacy. Their service is based around an ordering system where the patient uses their website to place a kit order and then accesses the dashboard to review test results with their medical professionals. Our brief was to revamp and relaunch Tuli Health's new business model of transforming pharmacies into diagnostic centres.
Our design thinking
Our main design focus was to develop an easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing webpage and pharmacy dashboard. We did this with the end goal of increased customer retention for pharmacies. The previous pharmacy dashboard needed to be updated and easier to navigate. We mapped out a new user flow and researched healthcare and medical platforms to ensure the dashboard performed best. We also explored the best UI style direction and chose a clean, straightforward design with colours representing pharmacies and the healthcare industry.
Tuli aims to make healthcare more accessible for patients in their communities, with pharmacies at the centre of their business model. We provided a much-needed update and refresh of their dashboard and website.
